  • I acknowledge that filling out this form does not guarantee a volunteer position at this year’s conference. 

  • I agree to be contacted regarding a volunteer position.

  • I understand that I may be asked to fill out additional forms, validate my identity, or submit a letter of recommendation to be considered. 

  • I agree to sign a code of conduct agreement if I am selected to volunteer. 

  • I agree to work a minimum of two shifts if I am selected to volunteer. 

  • I understand that my employment status does not affect my eligibility to volunteer.
